Pending Checklist — pre-construction setup

Nothing moves into construction until a customer's Sales Checklist forms are done. This tracks progress through the 11 checklist items (filed against the customer, not the job) for every active, currently-open project sitting in this stage.
Scope: APS Construction projects, substatus "Checklist Pending,"
active = true only — this excludes ~940 inactive stub/duplicate project records with no jobs ever attached, which otherwise inflate this count. In practice this is an In-Ground-only stage — ABG and Stealth pools don't go through a checklist-pending phase the same way. Active Construction — Dig → Build → Concrete → Finish
One card per project: who sold it, who's coordinating it, what's been done, what's next, any job notes or contract change orders, and a bold one-line read on where it stands. Dig-stage cards also show the coordinator's Site Visit assessment. Click a stat below, or use the Coordinator/Salesperson filters at the top of the page, to narrow the list. Each card has an "Open in ServiceTitan" link that jumps straight to the project. Notes added since your last visit are marked NEW — even while the card is collapsed.
Everything on this section — appointments, jobs, checklist forms, job notes, Site Visit data, and Contract Change Orders — now refreshes on the same schedule: every 15 minutes, 8am–5pm Central, Mon–Fri. Note that Change Orders is still a validated one-time name-match snapshot underneath — the refresh keeps its amounts and dates current for the 75 matched projects, it doesn't discover newly-added change orders on its own. Salesperson comes directly from the project record. Project Coordinator is ServiceTitan's "Project Manager" field, resolved through a small manual name list since these IDs don't appear in the technician/employee tables — one ID (used on 1 project) isn't yet identified and shows as "Unknown PM." Card verdicts are generated from the underlying dates and signals, not individually written per project — flag me anything that reads wrong and I'll adjust the rule behind it.

Above-Ground — Finance Hold
ABG installs don't follow Dig→Build→Concrete→Finish — there's no digging or concrete, and each project is a single job, usually done in one visit. The real "in-progress and worth watching" population is projects stuck on Finance Hold.
Why there's no "active build" list for ABG: 27 ABG projects currently sit in "Home Owner" status — but 25 of those have their install job marked Canceled with a $0 total, not "Completed." That's not a data error — it's consistently how the office closes these out once the physical install is done outside this job record. Only "Finance Hold" reflects work that's genuinely still pending. Refreshes every 15 minutes, 8am–5pm Central, Mon–Fri — same schedule as everything else on this page. Coordinator/Salesperson filters above don't apply to this section, since that data isn't tracked here yet.
